Established in 2005 and headquartered in the UK, TXM Group employs over 350 professionals and operates globally with offices in the UK, EMEA, North America, and Australasia.

The acquisition of Petroplan, known for its strong brand and dedicated team, aligns with TXM Group’s mission to expand its influence and capabilities into the energy sector.

LEADERSHIP'S VISION

Expressing his excitement for the group's latest acquisition, TXM Group’s CEO Keiron Gallimore stated;

INTEGRATION AND LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

The acquisition will see Petroplan fully integrated into the TXM Group. As part of the transaction, the existing Petroplan board will step down, and Andrew Midgley, a current Group Board Director with over 15 years of service within TXM Group, will assume the role of Global MD.

Andrew will support the integration and lead the future direction of the Petroplan business.
