At TXM Group, we help organisations become the best versions of themselves by sourcing the best talent and driving business efficiency that delivers success.

The TXM Group journey started in 2005 when our two founders launched their own engineering recruitment firm. Originally operating from a basement office with a single telephone, they set their ambitions high, sharing the same philosophy to build a group of businesses that would provide equal opportunities and ownership to those who came on board, underpinned by their vision for success and service excellence.

Since then, TXM has grown at a phenomenal rate, acquiring new businesses, becoming a recognised and respected name in the engineering sector, whilst also branching out into the technology and healthcare sectors, and adding consultancy solutions to the Group offering.

To this day, TXM remains in the ownership of those who supported TXM’s vision and officially formed as a Group in April 2022 with the creation of TXM Group Limited, aligning its businesses to operate collaboratively; its head office situated in the UK - just a stone’s throw away from the original office.

Our global network of specialist experts are ingrained with the same entrepreneurial spirit which is reflected in the design and delivery of our consultancy and resourcing solutions. Our aim is to go The Xtra Mile for our customers and theirs, driving real change and tangible results, operating across multiple geographies to deliver the highest quality service to support the engineering, healthcare, and technology sectors.

TXM Group Highlights

2020
Stepping into Consultancy

We launched our Consultancy solutions globally with new offices in USA and Australia. TXM Consult continued to grow and Step5 entered the Group to bolster our digital transformation capabilities.
2017
Delivering in Dubai

Broadening our global reach, we opened our Dubai office, providing both resourcing and sponsorship services in the Middle East.
2013
Landed in America

Crossing the pond, we opened our US office in New York. Now, the team service both Engineering and Technology sectors across USA and Canada.
2012
Branched into Healthcare Sector

TXM Healthcare joined the Group and we began to assist this sector with specialist resourcing worldwide, working across both private and public sectors. To this day, we continue to service Doctors, Nurses, Theatre Practitioners, Dental and Mental Health Workers.
2011
Entered the Technology Sector

TXM continued to grow its service offering by expanding into the Technology sector. Since 2011 we have acquired specialist businesses which develop and diversify our technology offering.
2010
Arrived in Australia

Opening our specialist recruitment consultancy office based in Perth, Australia, 2XM Recruit. Since then, we continued to grow and expand, now holding both recruitment and consultancy offices in Sydney, Perth, Melbourne and Brisbane.

One Phone, One Vision

Our two founders launched their own engineering recruitment firm, TXM Recruit. Originally operating from a basement office with a single telephone, this was the start of the TXM journey and the birth of our vision to build a group of business which would strive to go The Xtra Mile.
